Reablement Assistant Practitioner – 7117| Permanent contract | £31,537 to £33,699 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week  | Priory House, King’s Lynn Would you like to work in the community as part of our well-trained team of Occupational Therapists and support workers, creating person centred personal plans helping people set and achieve their goals following an illness?
