The post is based in the Post 16 Education Employment and Training (EET) Service in the Partnerships, Inclusion and Practice Service of Norfolk Children’s Services.
Join the Post 16 Education Employment and Training service in this new exciting post, Post 16 Routes to Employment Coordinator. The service promotes the participation of all 16-18-year-old young people in learning (25 years for SEND) so that they can make positive, sustained progressions into appropriate post 16 education, employment or training that equips them for fulfilling adult lives and can flourish into economic independence.
We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic colleague to manage the Post 16 Routes to Employment team; championing and promoting work‑based experiences and employment pathways as credible and sustainable options for all young people aged 16 and over.
