Early Years Adviser – SEND & Inclusion | 10351 | Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Fixed Term Contract until March 2027 | 37 hours per week | £52,761 to £57,297 per annum | Soulbury EA08 | Countywide
This is an exceptional opportunity to provide SEND and Inclusion support and professional development to early years providers meeting the needs of children with special education needs or disabilities. This will include enabling providers to improve learning opportunities particularly for vulnerable children.
This role ensures the delivery of Norfolk’s SEND and Inclusion offer to Early Years providers. It enables the LA to meet its statutory duties in relation to inclusion by supporting early years providers to meet the needs of children with special educational needs or disabilities, through support and challenge partnerships, training, guidance and networks, within NCC’s Children’s Services graduated response for SEND and inclusion.
With a focus on the improvement of early identification of need and quality of provision, particularly for children with identified SEN including enabling providers to develop policy for identification of needs as well as coherent strategies for improving learning opportunities for vulnerable children within settings.
This is a full-time fixed term position until the end of March 2027.
