Access to Resources Team Worker | 9102 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £28,598 to £30,024 per annum | Grade F | County Hall, Norwich The Access to Resources Team plays a vital and compassionate role in supporting children, young people, and their families. We are responsible for commissioning services that help children FLOURISH – whether that means finding the right foster placement, supported accommodation, or residential home for a child in care, or commissioning services that enable children to remain safely at home with their families. Our team works core hours from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4:35pm on Fridays. However, we understand that children’s needs don’t always fit neatly into a schedule, so we occasionally work outside these hours to ensure every young person has a safe and suitable place to stay. We are based at County Hall, but we embrace a hybrid working model, allowing us to work from home or from council buildings across the county. Though small in size, we are a strong, supportive, and dedicated team who care deeply about the work we do and the people we serve. If you’d like to learn more about the role or have any questions, we’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to contact Tracey Duffield, Team Manager, on 01603 306322 for an informal conversation.
