We have exciting opportunities ahead as we continue to grow, and we’re looking for an additional team member, at Technician or Senior Technician level, to support the expansion and delivery of our services.
As a Technician or Senior Technician, you’ll take on a role that is varied, challenging and genuinely fulfilling. You’ll work with a wide range of businesses and industries, giving you exposure to something new every day. Throughout it all, you’ll be supported by a talented, experienced, and friendly team who are committed to helping you and our customers succeed.
You’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, while maintaining excellent customer service and clear communication. Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to prioritise your workload are essential.
Experience working within a quality system or to standards such as Good Laboratory Practice or Good Manufacturing Practice, is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Good IT skills, such as MS Office, and good manual handling skills are essential and an experience of, or interest in electronic engineering would be advantageous but is not essential.
Based at Hethel Engineering Centre, with its proximity to the A11, A47 and A140, we have free car parking, a coffee forum and a growing tenant’s social network.
DBS & NPPV2 checks will be required for the successful candidate.
As a Senior Technician, you will also bring a higher level of technical knowledge and experience in related fields, along with a strong understanding of quality assurance practices. This may include familiarity with UKAS laboratory accreditation requirements, UKCA conformity assessments, or similar regulatory and quality frameworks.
