Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity within the Portage service!
This post is for 18.5 hours per week, term time, plus one week (training).
Portage is a home visiting, educational service for children aged 0-5 years with SEND and their families, delivering the Small Steps to Learning ethos. We are a friendly, supportive team and this is a great time to join us as we have fresh opportunities in different areas of Norfolk, due to retirements and promotion.
We are looking for people with a real passion for supporting children with additional requirements and a desire and experience of working with families. The successful applicant will be a part of Inclusion & Belonging within NCC and a member of the National Portage Association, which offers comprehensive professional support and training. You will need your own transport as the post covers a wide geographical area.
