The programme supports individuals, particularly those with disabilities, health conditions, learning disabilities, ex-offenders, autistic people and care leavers into or to maintain paid employment. We’re expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality, person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). You’ll work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model, you’ll provide tailored coaching, advocacy, and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.You will contribute to shaping team working practices and collaborate closely with colleagues to develop a strong and positive service offer. We are a countywide team, with Norwich as our base for team meetings and collaboration with colleagues. We operate as a hybrid service and actively encourage teams and individuals to meet regularly in our hybrid-friendly office spaces.
