Living Well Officer 9088  | Fixed term contract for 18 months | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | Attleborough Community Hub It is an exciting time to join the Business Support team as we roll out our Living Well Offer. We are looking for a proactive and hardworking Living Well Officer to join the Southern Learning disability team in Adults Social Services. This is a customer-focused role providing essential administrative and practical support to operational teams and the service users they support . You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, so strong communication skills are key. This varied role includes tasks such as minuting meetings, managing inboxes, sourcing grants and community activities, processing invoices, and supporting Protection of Property duties under the Care Act. You’ll also respond to ad hoc requests like food parcels or travel bookings and maintain a list of local resources to help practitioners support service users effectively. You’ll need to be adaptable, organised, and confident managing competing priorities across multiple teams. Some travel is required, so a full driving licence and access to a car are essential. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and a strong team player.
