Across the Eastern Region, we see you: all the Social Workers, Team Managers and Heads of Service who are working to keep children with their families.

And when we see, we act: to build a community of 11 authorities, coming together to create a unique collaboration. A place where careers can develop faster, new ideas can be shared more widely, and Social Workers can receive the support they need to be agents for change.

It’s working. Together, we’ve reduced the number of children in care across the region – in some cases by up to a third. Every time we develop pioneering new ideas in areas such as family safeguarding – we work collaboratively to roll them out across the region. We’re giving 3,000 plus Social Workers the chance to bring big ideas to a very big table, and to advance their careers fast with a support team behind them every step of the way.
