We are seeking a committed Team Manager to lead Fostering Team 2, a team of Supervising Social Workers who provide essential support, supervision, and guidance to foster carers across the region. This is a key leadership role within Norfolk’s Fostering Service, focused on delivering high-quality, safe, and effective support to foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, driving forward practice that promotes children’s stability, carer wellbeing, and safeguarding excellence. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of support and recognition, contributing to the retention and recruitment of foster carers by ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and confident in their role.
