We have an exciting opportunity within the Virtual School Sensory Support (VSSS) for a Specialist Support Assistant working with children and young people with a vision impairment.
Norfolk’s VSSS is located within the Inclusion and Belonging Directorate and works closely with wider SEND and inclusion teams and services across Children’s Services. The VSSS has a strong local and national reputation and delivers positive outcomes for children and young people who are blind, vision impaired and/or deaf. The service consists of Qualified Teachers, Specialist Support Assistants, the habilitation team and a technology/resources team.
To be successful, you will be able to evidence a strong track record in positively impacting on outcomes for children and young people.
