Directorate: Children and Families
Salary: Social Worker (Level 1): £39,911 – £42,662 per annum pro rata (this includes a standard MRS £5,100 per annum pro rata)
Social Worker (Level 2): £47,476 – £49,069 per annum pro rata (this includes a standard MRS £5,150 per annum pro rata and enhanced MRS £3,850 per annum pro rata)
Senior Practitioner: £50,542 – £53,796 per annum pro rata (this includes a standard MRS £5,150 per annum pro rata and enhanced MRS £4,350 per annum pro rata)

Are you an experienced and compassionate Social Worker or Senior Practitioner ready to take the next step in a supportive, innovative, and ambitious Children & Families team? We are recruiting Social Workers with at least one year’s post-qualifying experience to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Children & Families teams. You’ll be working in a rewarding family where your voice matters, your work is valued, and your development is a priority. We believe in co-production, where children, families, and professionals work together to create meaningful change.

We are passionate about Systemic Practice and Motivational Training, supporting you with reflective supervision, dedicated time to plan interventions, and access to an excellent learning and development offer.

We are looking for qualified Social Workers who:

  • Have a good understanding of how to apply different social work theories and models in practice.
  • Can design and deliver imaginative, ambitious interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people.
  • Are committed to building strong, respectful relationships with families.
