You will be required to have good levels of literacy and numeracy.  Posts are primarily for day or night shifts: however, flexibility is required as you may be asked to cover either and sometimes be required to sleep in and any training will be carried out during the day. To work within this environment, you will need to be committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.
