Norfolk is on an ambitious and exciting journey to transform how we work with children, young people, and their families. Through Vital Signs – our vision for Children in Norfolk – we ensure practice is relationship‑based, and purposeful work is at the centre of everything we do.
We focus on whole-family and natural networks and whole-system partnership working, empowering young people to build on their strengths and achieve the best possible outcomes.
