Deputy Base Adviser for Autism | 10985 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £52,761 to £57,297 per annum | Soulbury EA08-11 | County Hall, Norwich

 

To support the strategic and operational delivery of high-quality autism provision across Specialist Resource Bases (SRBs) by developing guidance, strengthening practice, and ensuring consistent, inclusive, and evidence-informed approaches. 

The role works in partnership with schools and multi-agency services to improve outcomes for children and young people, oversees effective admissions and transitions, and uses data and quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement. It also promotes collaboration, delivers training, champions neuroinclusive practice, and provides leadership support, including deputising where required.
