Vacancy Details :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Education Advisor to join our Virtual School team, supporting young people in Key Stages 4 and 5, with a particular focus on Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) and other vulnerable learners.

About the Role
As an Education Advisor, you will champion the educational progress and achievement of young people in care and previously looked after children, ensuring they receive high quality, personalised education.
You will provide expert guidance and targeted support to schools, colleges, and social care professionals on effective strategies for supporting KS4 and KS5 learners and UASC.
Monitor and track attendance, attainment, and progression to identify barriers and interventions.
Work closely with designated teachers, social workers, and post 16 providers to develop individual education plans and transition pathways.
Deliver training and raise awareness around the educational needs and experiences of UASC and post 16 learners.
Contribute to the Virtual School’s strategic priorities and statutory responsibilities.

This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work both in the office and at home.
