With an Ofsted-rated ‘outstanding’ Children & Families team, Essex County Council offers an abundance of diverse opportunities for professional and educational development. Our Essex Social Care Academy (ESCA) provides the support and foundations for our staff to flourish and oversees an outstanding CPD offer. ESCA is accredited by the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider, and is just one example of our commitment to delivering outstanding social care.
