Through supporting access to services, enhancing our local environment, developing businesses and enabling people to participate in our community, we’ll help Bedford prosper.

When it comes supporting families, our Social Care Workers are absolutely indispensable. We’ll continue to invest in the development of our staff, encouraging collaboration and communication to uphold their exceptional performance. With programs for growth, such as AYSE, which offer shadowing and learning opportunities, our social workers are enabled to continue to offer outstanding support to the local community. Our systemic practice model allows us to ensure that relations are at the heart of everything we do.

In addition to social care focus we’ll be pursuing educational attainment and skills development for all ages; support for businesses and coordination with partners to deliver appropriate housing.
