The role of the Curriculum Support Assistant is to support Cambridgeshire Skills curriculum delivery and management teams with the effective running of the service.
To provide first class customer service to potential and existing learners and all the service’s partners and stakeholders.
Undertake a range of administrative tasks and ensure the accurate processing of learner data in the service MI system, generation of timely reports to support management of the service.
Be supportive to our communities and customers to ensure that they receive is positive and effective.

What will you be doing?
This position is based at March Community Centre and will support new and potential learners over the phone, e-mail or in person.
- Provide detailed information and advice to potential and existing learners to help them find the most appropriate and suitable course to support the needs
- Support learners with their applications and enrolments onto course
- Assess learners eligibility for courses
- Ensure details of learners are recording in the services Management Information System and maintain accurate administrative records
- Provide general administrative support across the service to ensure that key operations are being delivered to our learners, partners and stakeholders
- Support with financial processes such as taking learner payments, raising purchase orders and invoices
- Work across the service as required
- When requested provide invigilation support for exams
- Ability to travel
