A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced social worker to join the Mental Health Social Care Team, South Norfolk, based at Gateway House, Wymondham. The team consist of qualified Social Workers and Assistant Practitioners, covering South Norfolk. Our team is providing statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 2007 and other relevant legislation, which relate to the social care needs of those with mental health difficulties. We aim to support service users to achieve recovery-oriented goals assessed under the Care Act, working closely with the Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust in achieving these goals. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise and risk assess a complex caseload. You will have experience, knowledge and commitment to strength-based assessments.
