Your role
We’re looking for a Finance Manager who shares our passion for making a difference. This is more than a finance role; it’s an opportunity to help sustain and grow a charity that puts young people first.
Your responsibilities
-
lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
-
maintain compliance with all statutory financial regulations relevant to charities
-
strengthen and streamline financial systems, processes and reporting to support our growth and sustainability.
You will need:
-
excellent IT skills, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Excel
-
ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making
-
experience of payroll and pension administration.
