We are looking for a passionate and patient Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in their early years?

We are looking for a dedicated and caring early years individual to provide one-to-one support for a wonderful 3-year-old in our preschool.

What we are looking for:

  • experience working with children with SEN (Special Educational Needs)

  • a kind, patient, and creative approach to learning and play

  • someone who can work closely with our team, parents and outside agencies

  • an individual who can help create a safe, supportive and fun environment.

Rougham Acorns and Woodlands is a rural village preschool, set behind the primary school surrounded by countryside. We have been established since the mid 1990’s. We can take 24 children per session including wrap around care and holiday club, and follow a ratio of 1-4 for 2yrs and 1-8 for 3+ yrs.
