As a qualified Social Worker, you will: 
Work with adults who have complex social care needs.
Manage a varied caseload with increasing complexity and autonomy. 
Contribute to safeguarding, assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
Collaborate with health and care partners to deliver personalised services.
Promote independence and enable older people to live fulfilling lives using a strengths-based approach 
Work closely with service users, families, providers, and healthcare professionals to support safe, independent living in the community.

Benefits: 
£2,000 market rate supplement (subject to annual review) 
£6,000 welcome payment (paid upon successful completion of probation) 
£2,000 retention payment (paid after 4 years of service) 
Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme 
Generous annual leave entitlement: 26 days per year, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service
