Your role at London Luton Airport will include:

  • Reviewing and collating data from across the business to assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Supporting data collection and analysis for high-level annual and quarterly reviews as well as regular weekly and monthly reporting so we can track project performance and KPIs.
  • Tracking project spend and performance, and highlighting any risks to leaders.
  • Assisting in updating internal systems and databases with accurate information.
  • Contributing to the preparation of policies, procedures, templates and guidance to ensure standardisation across all our projects at the airport.
  • Liaising with the Capital Delivery, Finance and Procurement teams to provide support and ensure smooth delivery of our projects.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify key risks, lessons learnt and areas of continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the PMO team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Helping to coordinate meetings, minute-taking, and following up on actions.
  • Supporting the organisation of site visits and team events.

Training & qualifications:

  • You will be enrolled in the Level 3 Data Fundamentals Apprenticeship with LDN Apprenticeships, where you’ll gain specialist knowledge in business operations, administration, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.

  • Qualification: Level 3 Data Technician
  • Delivered by LDN Apprenticeships (Ofsted-rated Outstanding)

  • A level equivalent qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
  • 1-1 meetings with an assigned skills coach.
  • Opportunity to network and learn with other apprentices in monthly live sessions.
